Who we are

Eco Bizzy ("we", "us") provides software that reads utility bills and other data you supply and prepares a Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions estimate, using GHG Protocol methodology and published EPA emission factors. "You" means the person or business using the site or the tool.

What the service is

Eco Bizzy produces an estimate prepared from the data you provide. It is not a third-party assured or audited inventory. Every figure traces to a source you gave us, a cited emission factor with its version, and IPCC AR5 global warming potentials, so the working is shown. A person reviews the numbers before a report goes out.

We do not warrant that any report will be accepted by a specific customer, program, or regulator. You are responsible for deciding whether the report meets a particular requirement.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, complete data. The output can only be as good as the bills and figures you supply.
• Use the tool for your own business, or for a business you are authorized to act for.
• Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to it.

Payment

The service is not yet live. Eco Bizzy is still being built and the tool is not open to the public. The pricing shown is for planning, and no purchases are being taken at this time. You can join the waitlist to be notified when it opens.

When it launches, paid reports will be one-time purchases at the prices shown on our pricing section, with no subscription, and access to run the tool on your own bills will be granted after purchase.

Your data

How we handle your bills and form details is set out in our Privacy & data handling page. In short: your bills are used only to build your report, then discarded, and are not sold.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the reports or the tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date below shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
